Potato pancake known as bramborák, cmunda or krompelák is a piece of salted potato dough fried on vegetable oil.
Ingredients:
- 750 g potatoes
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g mild flour
- 8 moon-pieces of garlic
- 2 spoons of marjoram
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper, cumin
- sunflower oil
Peel potatoes, grate them and pour away potato-water; grate garlic. Add rest of ingredients and mix by your hand into dough. Pour to hot oil in shape of pancakes and fry to get golden.
